900 problems. O.K. been riding since 1959 and have had everything going and some no longer going so I know all bikes have their own 'quirks'. I need to downsize from my C-90 at my age (knees are shot, back spasms etc). Really like the looks and feel of the 900. But one of main reasons not to go Suzuki again is their p*ssy electrical system.

The seat removes by unlocking (when you have a lock, of course), lifting up on the front about 1 to 1-1/2 inches, then pulling forward. A couple things that'll wake up the 800 I've done are to debaffle the stock pipes, and Grampsized the air filter housing, see link below. Great tips on here. Proper jetting needs done along with these mods. The 18/40 spockets really change the way this bike accerates, makes the gears stretchout more. If not properly seated when the wheel is reinstalled, this part will not allow the cable to spin. May work for awhile then stop.4.
